Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our Chewelry due to nature of the product. All Chewelry is final sale. But if Chewelry is chewed through within 30days we will send out a replacement! 
Clothing can be returned unworn for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Custom Clothing orders are a final sale and can't be returned unless received damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
